This is a Free tool to convert CSV files from Paypal, eBay or Bank Institution into QIF files for Money or Quicken.
How to use:

1 - Download the statement onto your computer in CSV format;
2 - Open it using by clicking Choose... button.
3 - Map the fields you want to use for Money/Quicken by choosing the adequate field in each dropdown box
4 - Click on Save as QIF orSave as OFX Depending on the format you need.
5 - Import QIF/OFX file into your accounting software

You can save the map by clicking Save Mapping, so that you can load the mapping next time instead of choosing the dropdown boxes again.
